Obama (Finally) Signs Sanctions on Syria’s Assad

President Obama Wednesday signed off on new sanctions against Syrian leaders including Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The new sanction come two days after the discovery of an apparent mass grave near Deraa that reportedly contained the remains of at least 13 civilians.
